RB Leipzig thrash TSG Hoffenheim 3-2 in Bundesliga Round 14 with Nkunku's double and decisive goal.

RB Leipzig have secured their first win of the season in the Bundesliga after defeating TSG Hoffenheim 3-2 at the Red Bull Arena on Sunday evening.

The match was a closely contested affair, with both teams creating chances throughout the game. However, it was RB Leipzig who came out on top, thanks to a double from Max Meyer and a late winner from substitute Raul de Tomas.

Meyer opened the scoring for RB Leipzig in the 19th minute, before Nkunku doubled their lead just before half-time. However, Hoffenheim fought back in the second half, with a brace from Sebastian Haller securing them a 2-2 draw.

But RB Leipzig were not to be denied, and in the 85th minute, substitute de Tomas scored his first Bundesliga goal since joining the club earlier this summer, to secure all three points for his team.

The victory is a major boost for RB Leipzig as they look to build momentum ahead of the rest of the season. The team will now turn their attention to their next league fixture, a trip to Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday night.
